We are a small company specialising in fire safety and evacuation equipment for the disabled and hard of hearing.
We are developing a new system which informs the deaf and hard of hearing by text message when the fire alarm sounds in the building they are in (hotel, supermarket etc) and we are investigating the possibility of creating an app which causes the users phone to vibrate and flash continually until they read the text message. The user would register on our system in say a hotel that they were staying in by sending a text to our unit’s phone number, so it would just be a case of the users phone remembering that number and if a text came in from that number, vibrating the phone in say an SOS pattern and flashing the screen until they read the message. Is this something you could help us with?
We would need the app for all phone types Android, I phone, windows etc.
