Create a Mobile Website

The idea is to have a video or banner appear on the footer of the screen once user swipes the content twice if possible. The video will be capped at 2 per user. The capping, video file and banner jpg should be able to be easily changed if needed. Test pages - [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Video File - [login to view URL] Detect if user is on mobile and tablet (Android, iOS) Delivered using piece of Javascript which sits on end of page, just before closing </html>. Files to sit on one domain ([login to view URL]), but video and banner to be delivered on different websites (cross domain). After user swipes at the content twice… If user is on Wifi and not had the video at least twice (video is to be capped at 2 per user - we may need to drop a cookie for this) Can it be set up so the capping can be changed?... Overlay (80% black transparent) scrolls up from footer, and then displays video, the two symbols ‘X’ and ‘?’, and the text “VIDEO”. (see images 1-4 below for how this should look). X - click this to close video/window by scrolling down again. ? - Message appears above saying “This video is produced by Nightmeh.com. For more info visit the website” Once video has played, the video disappears and the window scroll down again. Else if NOT on Wifi or user has seen video twice already… Overlay (80% black transparent) scrolls up from footer, and then displays 320x50 Banner, and the two symbols ‘X’ and ‘?’.
