Build an Android application that receives some data from server and displays charts based on that

There is a single activity which has 2 text fields and 1 button. The user enters his codes in the 2 text fields and taps the button. The app sends a request to server (it also has to check if there is internet access and displays proper errors if there isn't) and receives some data from the server. Then it will display some charts (pie, bar, and some more) based on that data. There is about 5 charts. I need all strings to be loaded from XML. I need the app to support Right to left texts. I need a proper graphical design for the app.
