Article Reading App

Requirements: I want a freelancer to show a list of news articles fetched from a url. The articles are in JSON format. I will give the interface document on request. The news list will be presented in a custom listview. Each news item in the list will have a title, description, date and a thumbnail. The developer will have to use the standard libraries we are using. You will get all the designs and documents you need to code. Here's the data flow, There will be a url, like [login to view URL] Which will give the items in news in json format from the $GET\['date'\] (of the last 15 dates). So you will have to maintain the record of the date last fetched(preferably in a preference file). You will have to save the records in the database, and fetch from it the next time. On click on the news list item, a new activity will open that will have a webview that will show the news in HTML5 format. You will need to enable caching from the android end. So that the news item once loading opens even in the absence of internet connection. More information on request. PS: This is a small part of a large system.
