Need and app will work in a mall (shopping center) A admin rol will register all business in mall A admin roll will register coupons / offers. As soon as user is walking trough the mall, user will receive offers / coupons, for example, if walking in the food court, will receive a discount/offer in a hamburger, if walking near to a clothes store, will receive a coupon from the store... and so on. In your bid, please specify if admin will run web based or app based.
