Hi there, I'd be happy to provide a review of the current codebase. ActionBarSherlock is deprecated so I instead of fixing the issues I recommend migrating to the Toolbar widget introduced in Android lollipop. Using the AppCompat library will provide compatibility for pre-lollipop devices. Once I've seen the code I will be able to estimate how long this transition will take however I doubt it will take more than a couple of hours. In terms of helping with the implementation of Pushwoosh do you only need help with upgrading Google Play services or do you also need help with implementing Pushwoosh's Android SDK? Just upgrading Google Play services would be extremely quick. If the application hasn't been updated in a while you may want to update the UI to follow Google's Material Design guidelines.
