As you mentioned in Step 2 in doc "consultation process", Can you please explain what do you mean by process here? and here are answers to your queries: 1. We will provide you updates every alternate day and we will provide you Android APk that you can directly install in Any Android phone and can check the app and can share feedback. After getting your feedback, we will work on your feedback on next day. 2. Yes, We will provide flow of system, sample screens, user interface designs etc before we start coding. Hope this will be enough for you? 3. We can suggest you possible enhancements that we may add in current specs and mostly at the time create designs, generally many things already becomes clear and we add enhancements already at that time and then we send them to client for varification. I read your project proposal and the attached documention also. it is pretty clear. for the answer of your 3 questions: 1. basic funtinality test and unit test will done by our side. the through test should be done by your end. we will fix all defect you report. 2. Basic architectural design could be done before start the project. 3. it is not clear to me what do you mean by backlog. I like to discuss regarding this. the initial development plan: 1. 1st 15 days for requirement analysis and architectural design. 2. 45 days for back end server, admin panel and android apps development. 3. 15 days for bug fix.
