Android VoIP video call app

Android video call app, like Skype/Viber/Tango but with the video call functionality only.

The user id should be the phone number (as in tango or Viber). no need for password (as in Tango). The app should sync with your phone contacts and display which contacts have our VoIP app (as in Tango or Viber).

Once user press on a specific contact, you should trigger a video call with him. He should get a window with our name and picture and with accept/reject buttons. If he accepts it, then the video call start. (similar to other apps).

The only buttons on the video call screen itself is close (to finish the video call) and switch the camera between front and back. We should see the other side video on most of the screen and our side as a small area (similar to all other VoIP apps).

Both sides must install our app to use our video call service. The app should be able to run over 3G and WiFi.

The app should have video quality similar to Skype/Viber/Tango (no need to create nice GUI as those apps, but "just" to make sure the only feature we have in our app which is the video call, is working good).

If server side is needed for this project, then you will need to deliver it as well.

The app should use Android API 8.

You must have Android Smartphone with Android version 2.3.2 or higher to test this application.

I will accept bids from users with such Smartphone only.
