Hi, I have over 20 years experience in programming with more than 15 years in web development and quite some years with mobile apps. As far as I understood, you already have all text & photos. Please tell me in which format you have them. Do you have like all pages as JPEG or photos & text seperated and it will have to be layouted ? And which functions will you need ? Some Table of contents ? Bookmarks ? I will use PhoneGap/Cordova & Ionic to make sure the same code can be used with iOS and Android. I do the "agile devlopment" approach - meaning, that through the entire process I update you with new versions, as soon as it has some major changes / new functions.
