Develop iPhone Zombie Defence Game Framework

Hey there!
I'm looking for a developer/developers to build an iphone game similar to Zombie Smash; [login to view URL] and Angry Birds; [login to view URL] .
The player should be able to fire projectiles from a set point in order to defend a building from waves of enemies. If you have played the above 2 games you should be able to picture something like what I want.
The game must be physics based, and characters should be ragdolls. I do not need graphics done, I have an artist who can provide graphics in whatever format you require.
I should have the ability to design levels myself through a simple system (drag and drop ideally).
There should be a highscore system, unlockable powerups for the shooting mechanic, items that can be used to build a defense and level selector with seperate worlds. Knowledge of in-app purchases and integration of new content is important.
I know I'm light on details here, but I will provide in-depth specs to the freelancer(s) who signs NDA.
