Core Competency test

This is a Core Competency Test. App has basic start page. New Test , Resume Test 100 premises and 100 questions, with a number 1-10 button selection explaining a value for that question and a separate answer button, forward and back navigation on the page. In order to derive score all 100 question must have a value. Error checking and navigation to unanswered questions required before submitting the test for grading. Order of page view will be 1 Premise and 1 Questoin Answer Values (1-10) are recorded an tabulated at the end giving you a final score and an explanation of test result. Formula will be the sum of all of the answer values / 100. Some graphical / visual layout required: Text font selection, borders and background. Text files and order of the questions (along with answers) submitted in a microsoft power point document. Full NDA and non compete agreement required.
