Consult Me: Puchasing Methods via Cell Phones

I am working on a new website concept. The idea I have is similar to something that is having some success in the USA. However, the concept that I have would be geared for the Japanese market. In Japan (as you the successful bidder should know...) cell phones are being used more than PC's, and thus, I need you to consult me on ALL the current and projected/futuristic payment methods for goods and services via cell phones. The successful bidder for this project should be able to write me a very brief one or two page report with or without links to information on how someone could purchase something I would want to cell from my website, and how they could purchase it via their cell phone - (beyond Major Credit Cards), but for example deductions from bank accounts or prepaid debit accounts. Bottom line, I have a product that I want JAPANESE to purchase VERY EASILY and QUICK from both my website via PC and from their cell phones. Although I am asking for one or two pages & links, the more you can persuade me that you can give me a wealth of information regarding this, I will select you for this little project. FYI: I have someone who is going to work on this project already, however, the reason I am posting this, is so when I meet with this person, I can seem somewhat knowledgeable regarding this subject. If this person does not have the overall skill set to do what needs to be done, then, there could be an opportunity to work on this project in the future. If this were the case, and if you are potentially interested, perhaps in your proposal you could also address or bring to ease my NDA concerns.
