Citizen Claims

Need an iPhone app for citizens to fill claims from their phones in the street like [login to view URL] For the moment is a Demo, no need for advanced graphics design or fine tunning Application server and/or database will be hosted on Amazon EC2 and technology is negotiable for the demo We just need to develop the mobile component for the app including: - a user registration screen (with confirmation email but no activation needed) - a user login screen (with link to registration) - the user welcome screen displaying the user "claims" list, and a button for New Claim - the new claim procedure screens, this the core of the app: 1. select claim type from a claim_types table (managed from the backoffice web app - not in the scope-) 2. select picture to upload with three options (take a picture, select from gallery, no picture) 3. select location with two options (get it from the gps or enter address) 4. enter claim description and submit
