Changes, Ads, In-App Purchases

iPhone App: OnTop Direct Debit & Bill Manager [login to view URL] I WOULD LIKE TO ADD SOME FUNCTIONALITY TO MY APP AS WELL AS INCLUDE ADS, AND IN APP PURCHASES PLEASE SEE BELOW AND ATTACHED MOCK UPS OF STEP 1 & 2. THANKS THINGS I WOULD LIKE DONE 1) ADD CUSTOM DATES - The app is already set up to automatically recur bills for weekly, fortnightly, and monthly. I would like an extra button available to give people the option to then choose how many times a bill is due per year (quarterly, biannually, etc) and then add their dates.I have provided a rough mock up of how I think this can be implemented. It would need to be in keeping with the look and colours of the app at the moment. All notifications, alarms, and bills appearing on lists and in the calendar view should work in the same way that it does currently. 2) ADD A SECOND PAY DAY - In the case that someone has 2 jobs or a husband and wife getting paid at different times I would like the option to add a second pay day. 3) INSERT ADS - I would like to monetise this version with ads 4) ADD IN-APP PURCHASES – I am going to make my app free and the user can only add one bill, instead of unlimited, until they purchase more. I was thinking I should offer 3 options such as buy 1 bill for 80c, buy 5 for $1.50, buy unlimited for $2.20… 5) CAN A USER REMOVE ADS THROUGH IN-APP PURCHASE? If so, I would like that as an option (perhaps as part of the unlimited option) 6) SUBMIT TO APP STORE FOR APPLES APPROVAL TO SELL - Resubmit to the App Store so that the App is ready to sell 7) PROVIDE ME WITH FINAL SOURCE CODE - Once the app has been submitted to the App store (and Apple has approved it), and I have final source code, I will need an invoice made out to my company and the final payment will be made & review given
