Beta Iphone Application to interface with Bluetooth LE Sensor

Hello, I need an iPhone application designed to interface with a bluetooth sensor from Texas instruments, More info on sensor can be located at [login to view URL] I need this application to be a beta application with limited functionality but must be able to do the following before full milestone payments are completed Application must do the following 1. Display on screen the current temperature reading from the sensor and have a graphic that shows the temperature . 2. The application must be able to display when one of the 2 buttons on the sensor have been activated. 3. The application must alert the user when they are out of range from the sensor and the sensor buttons are activated. 4. The application must alert the user properly when they have walked way from the sensor.
