Sir, I would like you to award me this project as i am capable of developing this site in a week , also i understand the requirements in the programming field which will make this website a very attractive one. As you have already mentioned that a website is already on-air and only a mobile version is needed. So, it would be of great help, we just need to make the website responsive, which is an easy task but yes, it may take a little time, to be honest.
