Create a Mobile Website (mean.js, mongolab/hq, heroku)

I have not the time to complete a project I had started for a friend. I am willing to pay for help completing the project, piece by piece. I am looking to pay for modules completed. Each module will be a specific feature or mechanic and payment will be agreed upon by me and the person hired. I would like someone able to work via git. The first module I need completed is this: I need a route/feature created that allows the adding of objects to a database, a nosql mongodb database. Very simple, I am not looking for amazing aesthetics here, mainly the functionality, the more simple the user interface the better. Detail: The feature is the ability to add a person, dog, resource, client to the database. Scenario: I have a new dog, I want to add it to the database, I choose what type of object I want to add(a dog), I am prompted if the dog is my stock or is a clients dog, then appears a details entry section where I will input the date of birth, name and other details. I have a new customer, I want to add them to the database, I choose the object I want to enter(a person) I am then prompted with the type of person(contact, employee, client) and again a details entry page appropriate for the type of recourse. I can do this myself, but I cannot because I would have to do some trial and error and I do not have time. Help me out and I will help you out. I can hook you up with lots and lots of work. Thanks.
