Develop an android application - Strong Knowledge of RFID (NFC), MySQL, GPS is needed!

The application should use the internal NFC reader of the phone to read tags (on the first project phase) but later should support external NFC readers – basic code for the external reader will be [login to view URL] application will also need to use the smartphone's Camera, GPS, Microphone and speakers. NFC tags information and other information will be stored on a server that uses mysql database. Sending info from smartphone to/from database will be used a lot. General APP Procedure: Following NFC tag being read by the android device, the user data manually entered shall have text entered on screen, photo taken, voice note added and all this will be assigned to the NFC tag read. GUI and Database are to be used as an attendance system per NFC tag and are to be designed to be editable. Important! A GUI that represents the entire APP will be sent as EXE file to the developer. The GUI allows using most of the menus, imitates the NFC tag, builds the list of tags and indicates almost exactly how the App should look like.
