Create a Drawing app for Android

Hi!
I need an expert Android developer that can create an app in which users can
- Draw different shapes on the canvas, you are allowed to use any open source library, i have found "mattlogan/Artiste" for this purpose.
- User can set background image from the Camera or Gallery.
- User can draw on the Canvas by hand or stylus.
- User can add text on the canvas.
- User can save the drawing in the library
Further this feature is already developed on the website for the app. I will give URL of the website with username and password to test it.
Also note that you have to integrate the source code in the existing app which is neatly written in java using Eclipse IDE.
