I need an android form app that will capture a Signature and also a Photo or Video of the person Signing, to used by a Driver on delivery, the capture data, signature, photo, time and maybe gps should then be emailed back to base.
The Form Page detail, should be able to be emailed to the android device as a text file to import into the app, so that we can email the device a text config file with name, address, tel, order details etc, then this is imported into the app, and the app is used to get the signature and a capture from the screen facing camera to get a photo or video of the person signing.
This is only ever going to be used in-house by ourselves, not an app that will get published or sold.
