App that can hide SMS and calls

I need an app, that can hide calls and SMS from specified phone-numbers. How it should work: -I will specify the phone-numbers, which should be hidden. -If there comes a call or an SMS from one of theese numbers, the phone will not show that. There will be only a message window with a message,that I wanna specify within the app. -Starting the app has to be protected by a password/code. -The app has an Inbox and a "lost calls". I can read the lost SMS there and can directly answer. Also the phonenumbers should be called. After calling one of the hidden phone-number, this call should not be visible within the regular call-software of the mobile-phone.
