Hi We have worked on the applications where we can sign and timestamp pdf files and images where images could also be clicked from the camera. This application is pretty much a subset for the same and thus we have complete module up and running for the application. I can share the demo for the same if you want where you can sign the app as well as timestamp on the same. The time required is just a day to develop and another day to get it tested and approved at your end.
