Android Weather Application

I am looking for a developer to write a weather android application with the following features: - A Splash Screen with a specific picture given - Main Menu with icons for each of the following menu items (Inbox, Channel, Trivia, Live, Campaign, Share) - Inbox form which shows you previous message received for weather from our server and you can click on a message to see the previous weather info - Channel, the user will view a list of cities where we provide the weather and can select a city to subscribe to its weather - Trivia where the user can vote for the best picture of the day - Live , Live map showing the weather for a specific preset location - Campaign, form that shows message fetches from our server. - Share, Upload a movie or a picture and comment on it, share it with Facebook and Twitter The Pricing should be for all the section, but the send me a message of a breakdown pricing so that I can choose the ones i want because i might not do the full app, but only parts of it. The application should run on android platform, should work on version 2.2 and above. Deadlines are strict and should not be exceeded, no payment will be made in case deadline was exceeded. I want someone reliable and trust worthy.
