Android Music App- Programming needed

We are looking for a talented Android Application Developer who will be responsible for ONLY development of our mobile app. We have the designs already curated, we only need you to take these designs and add it to the functionality you program into the app. Your responsibilities: - Review and perform a technical analysis of requirements - Produce a solid, detailed technical design - Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements - Contribute ideas for making the application(s) better and easier to use Your qualifications: - Programming languages: Android, NDK - A previous app that has similar features - A work style that is extremely detail oriented - A complete Elance profile - References or an established Elance reputation preferred The app will require the following functionality: - The ability to record and playback multiple tracks of audio simultaneously. - A continuous looping of each track. - Volume, Cue, Tempo, Beat Length, Metronome, - Pause/Play/Erase/Re-record each track - Several sound effects that will give an effect to everything heard - Save a "session" and continue upon opening the app later - Ability to for the app to "listen and record" a user given length of time and save it in a complete song format. - Transfer the total song to Soundcloud (API access) from their account login, or by Dropbox, etc. (If you can save a song to the phone itself, only the Soundcloud option will be necessary).
