Android Expert for Android Phone App - repost

I am looking for someone who is very experienced in Android app development to recreate an App in 1 month time frame.

I will provide wireframe and PSD design and Web Service API.

More details will be provided to the right contract while interviewing.

Important thing to consider:

** Developer need to provide source project with working APK whenever a milestone reached.

Once my lead developer review it and works same as APK, I will release milestone.

*** Deadline is important, if fails, payment should be reduced.

Job requirements:

- Must be able to start work right now.

- Must be able to work on in this month full time

- A team of one, two or three developers only. Applications from companies any larger than this will be ignored.

- Must have good feedback and job history on Freelancer.com.

- Must take pride in their work and make well-functioning products.

- Must speak and write English well i.e. Any obvious spelling or grammatical errors in the application will be an instant dealbreaker.
