Android App Modification and Development

Need to take an existing utility app that we purchased and modify logos and wording to be unique to us, and then post the app to the android market. Also need to add a front end page to the app that will give the user a choice of upgrading to a premium offer, and if the user selects yes then auto trigger an MO to be sent from their phone. Graphic model will be provided. This front end page should be triggered only when the install resulted from an ad mob ad click. Also need the ability to scrape the installed users email address and zip code and other data and put it into a database. Also need to integrate the app with ad mob's installation conversion tracking. Please submit urls to android apps that you have built along with your bid as a reference.
