I have done many Android applications which have used almost all functions in the android SDK , Here is my understanding about your requirements : This App will use the user device to send SMS , It will pay the user for each sms sent from his device , It will need to connect to your backend server to register the user and receive the SMS that will be sent . Seems not very hard frontend UIs. Just wondering what backend will looks like. If the interactions are not very difficult, I think I can manage to complete the frontend in a week.
