Ajax expert wanted

create ajax website that links to database and create onscreen draw capiblitles that can be entered into database so next user logs in can see drawings from other user. comments area and also be able to measure point to point on screen. given 1 inch to one foot etc. user interface must look clean and vista opac looking interface.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
