Hey there! I'm Tiffany and I work in the marketing & pr industry. I do a great deal of writing at my job and also take on freelance writing assignments. I write press releases, media advisories, blog posts, social media posts, email marketing and any copy needed for marketing purposes in my department. I think that I would be a great person to write this article because, I've been seeing a nutritionist for several months and I've had amazing results. I've learned that 'dieting' is about everyday choices. Those small decisions you make everyday turn a diet from a several month mission into a lifestyle that you keep. Like most people, I noticed that my weight gain was a slow process that crept up on me. A couple of pounds here, a few more there and in six months you've noticed you've gained 10 pounds and it doesn't seem like too much at the time. Then another six months to a year goes by and another 10-15 creep up on you. Then you realize you have a problem. None of your clothes fit and you only have a few staples left in your closet that have enough elasticity to fit. You give up on looking good and settle for what still fits. One day I just hit a brick wall and realized that if I wanted to change then I had to stop talking about it and just do it. Since that day I've made a commitment to myself, my health and my future. I'd be happy to share my story and hopefully help someone else.
