Design me a wooden box for laser cutting

I have a mechanical + electronic assembly that should be housed inside a box that will be cut from 3.8mm plywood. It should support the said parts in pre-determined places in the box and also use living hinge (lattice pattern) for the corners. Design should take in account that assembly should be easy without special jigs. Mechanical support for rigidity is also needed, probably by braces. Details will be given later on. Overall I think this is easy for someone with experience in the field and should be 3 or 4 hours worth of work with changes.
