I am looking for a project manager. I am looking to assemble a communication device that will read a membership card, communicate with a database and subject to a response forward a command to another electronic device that will execute an action. The communication device will be wireless. In addition the device will need to connect a mic and speakers. Solar will be incorporated to power the device .
