Hello, Sir I understood your project. You have thermal images and you want to detect human from it using background subtraction. And after subtraction it will be thresholded to mark human areas. Sir I have completed my Bachelors in Computer Science with 1st class honors and have a broad experience in image processing and computer vision. I have also published a research paper on "human fall detection" which detects human from a video using background subtraction and once human was detected alot of features are calculated to tell if human fell or not. Sir I can use a lot of methods to do it. I can use first image as the background or calculate background using mean filter in which system will take average of first few frames after that each frame will be subtracted from the background and will be thresholded after that.
