Digital Marketing Specialist to Develop marketing service strategy

I need someone to help my start-up to develop digital marketing strategies for our clients and the company itself to penetrate the Asia market ( Focusing Singapore ) . As this requires an immense amount of time i need someone who has ample time put aside for me and is able to commit their time , someone who can assist me and answer my question whenever i need them to and would not give me any excuse ( ex : I am busy with my full time job , I am away with my family , Etc. ) Of course you will be paid for the hours you work and for the hours i need your help after office hours you will be paid with over time pay which is 1.5x of normal pay . Weekends will be 2x the normal rate . My start up is a digital marketing agency located in singapore and render service from SEO,PPC,SEM to conversions and web design . Pay must be below $5 SGD an hour as we have a budget . We are looking for people who are qualified and able to work within our budget . After completion of project if we are satisfied with your results and if indeed your strategy holds value which resulted in sales we will pay 1% of all declared NET PROFITS and also addition $50 SGD for the work you did . The projects will take approximately around 1 month and need about 8-10 hours a day . This is only for serious bidders and qualified individuals . Requirements: -Web Development -HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, PHP -Mobile App Development -SEO,PPC,SEM -Minimum a Degree in programming/Marketing field -Minimum 2 years of experience in programming/marketing field No down payments will be given also Milestone will be 100% approve and released apon completion of the project with satisfaction Because I'm not paying for some freelancers unprofessional work
