I am looking for an experienced Recruiter/Human Resources/Marketing professional who can help me develop an Assessment Centre campaign and power point presentation for my small business based on international standard guidelines and ethical considerations. I am interested in recruiting Customer Service Representative, and I already have a draft of the plan I would like to follow. What I need is someone who can research the details create a power point presentation and report explaining each step.
The steps on the campaign are:

2. Assessment criteria: minimum competencies necessary to be successful in the Customer Service Representative role (description on each dimension and key indicators)
3. Sourcing Methods: Questions on initial application that will help us determine those suitable for the role, and easily source them.
4. Psychometric Test: profile test that will be sent to initial candidates in order to identify those key behavioural indicators.
5. Telephone interview: questions based on assessment criteria that will identify the best candidates including comprenhensive scoring matrix with key indicators.
6. Face to Face Interview: questions based on assessment criteria that will identify best candidates including comprenhensive scoring matrix with key indicators, that will be specific to face to face interviews and will be significantly different from the other interviews
7. Pre-employment documents: Sent all necessary employment document to successful candidates
8. Assessment Centre: that will consist in different parts, such as: initial presentation, group exercise, telephone and computer role play, final interview, and any other relevant assessment tool (the more creative and out of the ordinary the better) based on the original assessment criteria with a comprehensive and comparable scoring system (spreadsheet on excel with formulas)
9. Data Integration Method: allow us to use ratings from assessment centre using scoring system and ready to go spreadsheet.
10. Letters of employment: creation of letter of employment and sent to successful candidates.
11. Feedback report: a basic feedback plan that can be follow based on the assessment centre scoring process and key indicators that can be easily used to provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
12. Onboarding document: all necessary document to start employment.
