Create a Business and marketing Plan

Hi, I am looking for someone to assist in writing Business plan. I am a starting company in VOIP system and networking. my market side is for both residential home and business, for residential I provide service mainly for owners who are building their houses. Main business moto for home is declutter your wiring and combine multiple services within one network which provide a future hustle free for missing a port or misplacing the port into a wrong location. The merging of Internet, Telephone lines and intercom/doorbell system into one network is a big advantage in Kuwait market and fairly new concept and avoid the different wiring types and hassle of guess work issues. As for companies the VOIP program I am providing is a software based so the company can use their server hardware or any preferred Server vendor which gives an advantage to lower the cost of training people for new hardware and lower the cost for purchasing new hardware system even though for a VOIP system there are still some recommended hardware for phone line nevertheless the company can use other products if they want, further details are provided with the attached documents. I have provided an overview in multiple word documents with point summaries and as much details as I can and then I would like you to create the business plan and some persuasive and creative wording with sales pitch for home customers and Companies in my marketing section. The website writing will come later. A simple background about the company we are a small business owner in Kuwait whose main products are Network integrator services and VOIP systems. These services are for both for home owners and companies with my major product is 3cx software and its recommended hardware phones and gateways. with that main business I also provide home customers with help in planning their home networking and security system in order benefits from the infrastructure of an IP network at their homes. as for companies I provide the benefits of software based ip based pbx system for a company or call centre for their present infrastructure, with all the required hardware and software for their business. so as a start-up company I have prepared a website and Instagram account for CUSTOMERS to follow and gain understanding about the products I have to offer, still I would like to improve my website in order for customers to have a rich experience in website and be able to gain a great understanding about the solution I am providing for them as a home owner or a company so I for that I want to be able to have a clear business & marketing plans and marketing pitch for home owners and businesses.
