Bird dogs or Property Locators in Missouri. Tenessee, Ohio and Georgia

Introduction We are private Real Estate Investors buying vacant houses in the USA but based outside the USA. We are part of US based National Network of Real Estates Investors with tremendous buying. Project Description Because we are constantly looking for Vacant Houses, we require the services of the Bird Dogs or Property Locators. The Freelancer's project entails having no less than 20 bird dogs signed-up, confirmed and ready to with. Confirmed Bird dogs will make money with us by; 1. Providing Vacant House leads to us, we will follow up and close on the deal. 2. and/or getting a list of Vacant Houses from us and they will "drive by and evaluation" on our behalf. All they have to do is to drive to the property, verify it's vacant, take a few pictures and estimate it's condition based on what they see when they are there.
