Business Developer / Sales for Recruitment Agency

ConquerJobs Ltd is looking for an experienced sales person to find new clients for their business.\r\n\r\nThe successful candidate will:\r\n> Speak and write clear English\r\n> Have a minimum of one year\'s experience in a sales role. Recruitment experience is a plus\r\n> Must have experience of cold calling and tranformings leads into clients.\r\n\r\nThe leads that you will receive: every day you will receive around 30 contact details of employers who have just posted jobs online on job boards etc. So we know they are hiring. Your job will be to call them and offer them the services of ConquerJobs ltd. \r\n\r\nThose leads will be in fast turnaround jobs such as Customer Services, Admin, Sales, Marketing and IT and Accounting roles.\r\n\r\nSuccess is defined as a minimum of 10% conversion rate into clients (so around 2-3 clients a day). All you need to do is to convince them to allow us to find candidates for the jobs that they are advertising. So they are not buying anything from you. They will only pay once they hired the candidates (a competitive 10% fee).\r\n\r\nOur key offering is that our fees are quite competitive: we only charge 10% of the annual salary. We also have access to 4 million CVs which is refreshed everyday. \r\n\r\nYou will be provided with the following:\r\n> Your personal @[login to view URL] email address\r\n> A skype account with credits if needed\r\n\r\nRead the attachment document on how we consider a client as confirmed (there is some flexibility to that but bottom is that the client must reply to confirm that we can go ahead and find CVs for them). \r\n\r\nPlease apply stating your relevant experience and a fixed weekly or hourly salary.\r\n\r\nBest of Luck!\r\nGirish
