* Developed and maintained documentation of test operations.
* Evaluated technical advantage of printer products and discuss with engineers to introduce effective benchmark test approaches.
* Prepared technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
* Prepared quarterly product map categorizing each manufacture including web listed price and PPM, launch date and picture. Enabled sales team have some visions for our product status.
* Prepared product comparison chart with specifications and TCO. Enabled sales team to see the differences with ease.
* Prepared product feature value analysis, enabled planning team to evaluate future product pricing.
