Craigslist and Gumtree ad poster

I am looking for an experienced craigslist and gumtree ad poster to place regular adverts for a property for sale in Bulgaria. I actually have 3 cheap properties for sale but we will start with posting adverts just for one, the cheapest property at 5800 Euros. I have a little experience with gumtree and usually get a few enquiries but do not have the time to post daily adverts (that are not deleted for being repetitive) but have never mastered craigslist. I will pay a base rate for the work and will want a daily report of ads placed and will then pay $0.10 for each genuine lead received from the adverts placed (must be a proper deliverable email address with a genuine enquiry) and if you bring me the person who buys the property through the advertising there will be a $100 bonus.
