Banner for Tea Site

I need a high quality professional graphic designer/ artist to provide; 1] A logo relating to the theme of the site (ie - Tea) 2] A website header 800px by 145px for the site [login to view URL] which includes the logo and name of the site. It does not need to contain photographs, but must be WEB 2.0 style, classy, elegant and modern while keeping a fresh feeling and staying within the theme of the site (ie Tea) You must provide as many samples as needed to arrive at a final design and then create the final artwork in PSD with all fonts, layers, vector art, graphics and photographs (if any) supplied roylaty free and LEGALLY acquired. I prefer NO photographs but using pure illustration. to be considered you MUST supply; 1] A portfolio of similar work in the style I have requested. 2] Put the heading of your response as "the tea site" so I know you have ready this 3] A bid price 4] Be able to supply as many samples as needed to get to a final design. If you are good at what you do this will not take many samples. ONLY BID IF YOU PROVIDE THE BEST QUALITY WORK THAT IS POSSIBLE! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Provide the following files and source artwork all editable in Photoshop CS3 with ALL layers in tact and not merged.
