I have to create a local area network LAN to wire a building, install a switch on each floor and connect each switch to RouterBoard 2011UiAS-IN Mikrotik, all clients connected to the network have to go out on the internet from a vps, I thought to connect the router to the board through a vpn vps. In a vps want to install client management for embedded devices. do you have any solution to offer me? I'm undecided about installing the routerboard, think about it and let me know your solution and your compensation.

If I understand you correctly your task can be achieved by OpenVPN server on your VPS. Mikrotik router will connect to VPS through OpenVPN and will have default route to VPS. So all your traffic will go through VPS. VPS should also be configured to NAT all packets. My name is Andrew Hilobok, I'm experienced system administrator and would be glad to help you with your task. In order to complete this I'll need Webfig or ssh access to your Mikrotik, and ssh root access to your VPS.
