I am looking to find a way to have a customer/company be able to log in and via web (or a report that is emailed), that would only show that company's particular usage, not the whole CDR record the system is recording from all users, as this server has many other companys. I have CDR-Stats installed, it seems that it will do most of that but i can't seem to see how to make the report show info on a per user basis. I need more of a call center report. I need something that shows per user usage, time on calls, calls hungup, etc.. PBX in a Flash v1.4 used to have a addon that would have been fine, but no longer.. that one would let you select the users and it would email that report on a schedule. pretty basic but that's really all I need. Looking to see if anyone has any suggestions of what they can make and know works well and would fulfill this need.

A2billing will achieve this without a problem and a2billing can easily be installed on piaf. A2billing has a customer login panel. By intregrating the two a customer will be able to see his own cdrs

Hi, I do have experience in CDR processing from CSV format, XLS format and records stored in Database. My suggestion will be to develop a Web Application in which, a user can log in with an "accountcode" and a password. The password can be specific to this Web Application or can be integrated with another system. After user logs in, the system will provide basic options to select Reporting criteria ( Like date/time range , called numbers etc) and allow user to download / send a daily email of the same. Few questions: 1) Do you have the CDR records as CSV ( Comma Separated Value) files? Or Binary files that need special techniques to extract in text format. 2) Are the CDR files in standard Asterisk+cdr format? ( E.g. http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+cdr+csv) If each CDR has an "Accountcode" which is unique across Customers/Companies, it should be straightforward to extract the relevant info and then generate a report based on filter criteria entered by a user from the Web Application. My Bid is 222 USD with the following assumptions: 1) The CDRs are available as flat /text files on a Linux/Windows system 2) The Web Application will be developed in Java and will have the following : A Login Screen On successful login provide a basic interface for on the fly report generation and download and emailing the report. Enhancements like report scheduling and automatic email of reports are not included. BR, Dipsilon Solutions
