Desarrollar una app para Sharepoint -- 2

We need an application for sharepoint that is compatible with the catalog of applications of sharepoint 2013, the application must allow to reserve meeting rooms and its different components such as: Video beam Board Markers Stationery, etc. The application can be used by enterprise cluster, each company has its own name and logo, the application should allow to customize these two fields. The application must be integrated with Active Directory and can be managed by certain designated users(must be a module that allows this action), the administrator can perform the following actions: 1- Create meeting rooms / look at attached image [login to view URL] 2 - Assign meeting room managers, must be able to enter emails from users belonging to the company to assign them as managers, when one of these users is assigned, an email must be sent to him. When booking a meeting room this reservation must be approved by these users. The application for normal users should allow: 1- See a list of available meeting rooms. 2- Filter the list of meeting rooms, by city, day, hour, type of meeting, capacity of the room, etc. See attached image [login to view URL] 3- The list should show some details as shown in the attached image [login to view URL] 4- The user must be able to reserve several rooms at the same time. If the user activates this option the list of rooms must change and show only the rooms that are available in the day and time that the user chooses in the filters. 4- Room reservation, when the user selects a room to reserve the application must show a dialog box confirming his selection and some details of the reservation, see attached image user-action-02.jpg. 5 - In the list of rooms must show if the room is available or occupied, if the user selects a room that is occupied should be shown the reservation information of that room, see attached image [login to view URL] When the user reserves a room, the confirmation of their reservation arrives by email and they must also be notified by email to the person in charge of the rooms to approve that reservation.
