Create chat with node.js using socket.io

Hi there! I'm looking for a freelancer who is able to create this project: This project will be cutted into 4 parts: The first one is the user part, where the user can send messages and also interactions (by clicking on buttons in the front end). You will have to send it to the server (made with node.js). HERE YOU HAVE TO DO THE BACKEND ONLY, THE INTEGRATION WILL BE MADE BY US. The second part is the server. Here you will receive all the messages and the interactions by the users. You will have to check either yes or not the user is allowed to post messages. If yes, then you will transfer the message to the "final user". The third part is the "final user". Here, you will send from the server to the final user the messages and the interactions on a dedicated page. The messages and the interactions will parade (like facebook live/periscope). But there is a very important point to notice here: This chat will potentially receive hundreds or thousands of messages/interactions at a time. And we will do a kind of a parade of these interactions/messages on the "final user" page to make them readable by the final user. So if a message was sent more than X seconds before being displayed on the final user page, we have to skip it. This will allow us to display only "fresh" messages. X will has to be easily editable in the code by us. The forth part is the admin part, here the admin will be able to block and unblock users to post messages (by providing their logins).
