Build an interactive heatmap with markers and timeline.

We need to create an interactive heatmap of all of our vehicles travelling in the city. We need the following filters on this map. Show by Time & Date = It can be a day or multiple days or even 1 hour duration of multiple days. Show by Vehicle No = It can be a single vehicle or multiple selected. Show by Area = It should display all the activity in that particular area of the map we selected. Show Only Heatmap = This should display covered map with heatmap. Show Only Markers = This should remove heatmap layer and display markers only with Vehicle No. Show both = Both of the above options. We have data available from the tracking system which includes vehicle No, Time, Lat. & Long, Maps in KML Format. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
