Summary: A website for users to login to and write a grievance (report) about how they were treated by police officers. To be organized by State → City → Police Officer (Cop). Needed: Basic functionality. Write a Grievance with the dynamic selection (details in the PDF). Reports, Statistics, and Search needed as well. No in depth styling needed, just basic bootstrap so that I can understand your work. Language: Ruby on Rails See the attached PDF for a full outline of the needed functionality. The freelancer that accepts this work will need to ensure 100% functionality before being paid. A half working application will not be accepted.

Good Morning, I am a professional RoR developer since 2007, with huge experience on projects similar to yours. I have previous direct experience with device (obviously) and bootstrap. My proposal is to use rails admin for the backend and a custom form and views for the public pages and the insertion page.
