Change scroll bar color

I need a plugin write in javascript, I'm using Jquery, The plugin must replace the native scroll bar , the first point is can change the color of the scroll bar, the plugin must use the scrollTop scrollLeft like jquery to make the moves, There are many other plugins on the web, but they use absolute positions for the scrollable div, and that what I want to avoid, also I have made some research and found that IE the color bar can be changed without problem on Chrome and Safari use the webkit, but FF does not give any kind of solution, also the plugins online have some problem after rezising the page. Please bid only if you read this, and if you are goint to send me a pm, do not put how many pages have you done. Thanks
