API Interface Bridge Needed

We are an education lead generation company. We need to build an API "bridge" to be able to enter a lead (a prospective student's information) into our client's education portal. This portal ([url removed, login to view]) has the ability to search for available schools based on a variety of query strings (zip code, program of interest, highest education level, etc).
The portal page has to have our unique affiliate ID included in the coding. We have two different Affiliate ID's so we will need to mirror the site and enter one of our Affiliate ID's in each of the portal sites. We need the portal pages to be configured and hosted on one our hosting platforms (to be provided).
A file has been attached with all of the necessary details to configure the API.
****Requirements: Must be available during the hours of 8am - 3pm PST. Must be available by phone or Skype during these times. Daily project updates are required. Must complete the project within 48 - 72 hours.*****
