Basic web page animation using HTML and java

I'm creating a web site for my company Hamsta Productions. We specialise in animation for the web and new media. I normally use Flash but this time I'm trying to create very simple animations using only HTML and Java. I'm using code which plays a sequence of images (in this case PNGs in quick succession) to resemble an animation I'm OK with HTML but not so hot with Java or any other coding languages. I would like someone to quote on the following very small job, and also be available to assist me with building the remainder of my site (for which I'll pay accordingly). I want to learn as I go so it would be good if you are patient and can communicate well. Job 1: Please see a basic template of my site at: [login to view URL] It might take ages to load because I havent optimised the images yet. I can work on this but in the meantime I just need someone to rebuild the page so it does the following more efficiently than I have done (if it's possible): • When the page loads, we should see the background animated gif pattern straight away. • Until the remainder of the images preload, I do not want anything else to happen. • Once the images are preloaded, the container animation starts, ending on a large white rectangle. • After a pause of 1 second, I want the next animation to begin (of the menu tag wiping on) • Pause for 1 second again and then the main text appears - ABOUT HAMSTA etc. • When the user clicks on the 'more' buttons, additional info fades in on the right (as it is currently doing - however I dont want this text to be visible on page load - is there a better way to do this - using iframes perhaps?) That should be enough for now. If you can do this for me in less than a day I would be very grateful and there will be many more pages like this to come. I want my site to be as dynamic as possible. I have attached the files - use these to compare to my online version. If I have approached any task incorrectly then feel free to correct it. I'd also like advice how to build it more efficiently.
