Browser Compatibility Fixes for Joomla Flip Book Website

I have a Joomla website that needs fixes by December 9th at 2pm US EST at the latest. The site features Javascript flip books, but I am having various issues with scrollbars and backgrounds / prev arrows / next arrows not appearing or disappearing in Internet Explorer 7 and 8. Furthermore, in iOS5's (not iOS 6) Safari, the books are not centered on the page and the arrow is getting cut off to the right side. I have tested it in all other browsers. You can modify the articles and modules within the backend as needed. Furthermore, you can hack the flipbook module as needed. I will provide both FTP and Joomla access.
